5. Free resources, quizzes, and webinars

Free resources are provided “as is” for general educational purposes. By opting in, you may receive emails related to Pensri Coaching content and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Webinar dates, times, platforms, and capacity may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants of material changes. Recordings, if offered, are provided at our discretion and may not include live Q&A in full.

6. Discovery and application calls

Discovery or application calls are conversations to explore fit for a programme. They are not a commitment to purchase unless and until you complete enrolment and payment (or a separate written agreement is formed).

We may decline to work with someone if we believe the programme is not a suitable fit. Likewise, you are free to decide not to proceed.

7. Paid programmes and enrolment

7.1 Registration

Enrolment is confirmed when payment is successfully processed (or an agreed payment plan instalment schedule begins) and we accept your place in the cohort or programme.

7.2 Pricing

Prices are typically displayed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. We may update prices for future cohorts. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as required by law and stated at purchase where relevant.

7.3 Payment plans

If a payment plan is offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments on time. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access to programme materials, sessions, and community features until accounts are brought current, subject to applicable law.

7.4 Your responsibilities

As a programme participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and enrolment information
• Engage respectfully with Pensri, facilitators, and other participants
• Keep confidential any personal stories shared by other participants in group settings
• Not record sessions without prior written permission
• Not share login links, materials, or community access with non-participants

8. Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling

Unless a specific refund policy is stated at checkout or in your enrolment confirmation:

• Free resources and webinars: no payment is due; cancellations of attendance are at your discretion.
• Discovery calls: please reschedule or cancel with reasonable notice using the booking tool link provided.
• Paid programmes: because digital content, live facilitation, and cohort places are reserved in advance, fees are generally non-refundable once access or materials have been provided, except where required by UK consumer law or where we expressly offer a guarantee or cooling-off arrangement in writing.

If we cancel a programme entirely and cannot offer a reasonable alternative, you will be entitled to a refund of fees paid for undelivered services.

For consumers in the UK, statutory rights that cannot be excluded by contract remain unaffected.

9. Intellectual property

All content created or provided by Pensri Coaching — including website copy, the LOTUS Method framework descriptions, workbooks, videos, emails, branding, and programme materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Use materials for your personal development during and after a programme you lawfully enrolled in

You may not:

• Copy, resell, republish, or redistribute materials commercially
• Deliver our frameworks as your own coaching curriculum without written permission
• Remove branding or copyright notices from materials

10. Community and conduct

Group programmes and communities are intended to be safe, respectful spaces. We may remove access (without refund, where permitted by law) for behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, harassing, spam-like, confidential-breaking, or otherwise harmful to participants or the integrity of the programme.

11. Third-party tools and links

We may use third-party platforms for forms, payments, scheduling, video calls, email, and community. Your use of those tools may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for outages or policies of third-party providers, though we will take reasonable steps to maintain service continuity.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and free content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a paid programme shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that programme in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pensri Coaching and Pensri Shellabear from claims arising out of your misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.
